COMPENSATION (up to $57,080 per year):
- Yearly salary: $42,000 - $48,000
- $42,000 starting salary, $48,000 after six months or two seasons
- Yearly bonus: up to $3,500 paid quarterly and biannually
- Yearly gas reimbursement: up to $1,200
- Guaranteed 5% salary increase per year
- Insurance benefits:
- 90% of health insurance covered by Soccer Shots
- 100% of dental insurance covered by Soccer Shots
- 100% of vision insurance covered by Soccer Shots
- Paid time off:
- Two weeks off during Christmas and New Year’s Eve
- One week off during Thanksgiving
- Five off-season weeks (in the case there are not any extra make-up classes)
- Coach up to 30 classes per week
- Drive to up to 10 different coaching locations in Seattle and its surrounding areas
- Must be willing and able to coach from Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday
- Hours: weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm, weekends 9 am to 2 pm
- Safely manage a class of up to 12 children (ages 2-8)
- Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
- Arrive on time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
- Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
- Make a positive long-lasting experience
- MUST LOVE working with children ages 2-5
- Passion and knowledge for sports and fitness
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Engaging and professional public speaking skills
- Organized, responsible, trustworthy, and enthusiastic
- Pass a Federal & State Background Check and FBI Fingerprinting
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
