Job Description
Position requires a skilled and experienced RN/LPN to administer treatments according to the physician’s order and accurately record treatments administered.
Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psycho social needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices, policies and procedures.
