This job will require 85% travel you will be doing work in and outside of Atlanta,GA, please be willing to work in Savannah,GA and north of Atlanta,GA, west of it and south of it and east of it and Stone Moutain GA and more.

You can't live in another state, we don't provide relocation assistance. Must live in Georgia already. Or move to Georgia get another job first, get established and contact us at a later date.

We are not looking for photographers only or audio personnel only. You must posses audio visual knowledge and experience, you don't have to be a photographer at all, but have some knowledge. Must know how to position lights and light up the talent. You must have skills in all three areas.

Must have some video knowledge and not just audio or photography. Must understand audio, video,lighting signal flow and how to connect and run power cables and understand a little about power. We are not looking for AV people, photographer and videographers that understand lighting and audio for capturing videos and lighting for photos.

Must know how to record dialogue. Monitor audio levels, set them properly. Put microphones on the talent properly.

Must be capable of setting proper gain stage for video, and setting audio levels for lavaliers,on camera mics, boom mics and must be able to be a boom operator.

Must be able to record sound effects and dialog with clarity and effectiveness not too low, not too loud, nor distortion, nor clipping.

Must record clear precise and accurate sound of talent.

Must understand lighting and shadows, skin tones of causian ,Spanish, black and mixed people and more. You must understand what type of lighting is need for different skin tones and how much to apply. Must know how to use shadows. Must not have dark skinned people in darkness must be able to correctly light them up each time but not over light them.

Must be capable of operating printers for printing photos and printing photos, setting up backdrops and props and blowing up balloons,lifting 35-75lbs. Capable of moving equipment fast and safely.

Safely carrying equipment without hurting self or others. Must understand how to setup and operate portable flash or speed light kits. Must know about photography and video. But not be a photographer or videographer.

Must be able to work a DSLR and camcorder if needed and get good results.

But not be a camera operator. But be capable of doing the job of both. You must own a dslr or mirrorless or camcorder camera.

Can't be color blind, nor blind, Must have 20/20 vision or excellent vision. Must be able to see very, very well. Can't be clumsy. Must know how to do all of this and be capable of assisting photographers, videographers, recording audio and doing lighting.

Must be able to setup tripods, light stands and more. Must understand proper microphone technique and etiquette. Must know how to get and track good audio levels.

Must apply proper lighting, must be kind, gentle and a team player. Must be willing to take orders and obey and not fight nor argue with anyone, not the client nor supervisors. Must follow orders and be a team player, not a lone wolf.

This position is not looking for Sound Engineers,nor A2's nor L1's nor L2's. We are not looking for stage lighting producers nor A1's. We are not looking for film audio or lighting guys neither. We are looking for wedding and commercials for business professionals and music videos and more for audio and lighting.

You will not be a head lighting guy nor sound engineer nor mixer, if your looking for this position don't apply at all. Must know how to record sound on recorders and run cables of power and xlr correctly and wrap them over under.

We are looking for assistants that are qualified in what we are looking for not engineers, nor managers, nor directors, nor sound engineers nor gaffers. We are looking for assistants that are skilled in what we are asking for. No some who has done this for one year only, nor someone who has done this for 5-10,15 years, don't apply at all please. If you have more than 4 years experience, don't apply at all.

Pay is flexible and rotates, and work is not given every month at all. There is no work every month , we can't pay your rent. We have slow seasons and good times of the year. We don't always have projects. Take what you can get. Have another job or your own business or etc. Work your other job or work a lot. But you can't reject work more than 4 times a year or you won't be given any more work for a while. If you have a problem with this don't apply at all.

Must be capable of doing the job not forgetful to death, nor needing to be taught to much. The owner should not have to teach you everything. You should have common and sense and tape things properly in a straight line and make things look nice and neat not sloppy. Care about the presentation not just the sound or lights. Run cables neatly and properly. Conceal them properly and neatly. Take pride in your work. Work hard and fast. Be confident and know your skills and talent and sound,lighting don't be questioning to much. Know what your doing.

But we will teach. We just want knowledgeable personnel more than those we have to teach everything to. But we don't want seasoned professionals don't apply, we will not pay you super high amounts of money. If this is a problem don't apply at all please. We are looking for people who have only been doing this for 2-4 years and are confident but not arrogant nor cocky, nor know it alls.

Be humble not tell me what you know, show me. Have integrity do things right the first time, when no one is looking. Must have worked on several projects, we can't be your first project at all. You must have experience, please have worked 7-12-20 or more gigs. Can't be on drugs nor drunk at work at no time or you will be fired. No weed, nor smelling like it is tolerated you will be fired. No being drunk while working you will be fired. No one who has done this for over 6 years should apply to this at all, your pay and rate is too high for us to pay you. Don't apply at all. This is a gig job freelance not full time nor part time, indeed wanted us to put part time or full time, but this is neither. We won't and can't pay your bills nor for your family or kids or provide benefits, please look elsewhere.
