  • New Hiring Rates! $15.05 per hour
  • $500 sign on bonus after 30 days with good attendance; one or less absences

The Receiving, Returns, WOW or Shipping Team Member will perform warehouse functions for our Chippewa Falls fulfillment centers.

What you’ll need:
  • High school graduate or equivalent, preferred
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Variable/Flexible schedule
What you’ll do:
  • Meet our customer needs
  • Unload trucks and distribute product to be received in
  • Enter purchase order (P.O.) into the warehouse management system, scan product into the system and apply printed label onto the case to be put to bin
  • Perform audits to ensure the received items match the packing slip for quantity and correct item, send Quality Action Request (QAR) to Quality Control Department as needed and/or communicate with other departments as necessary for problem resolution
  • Open cases and scan product to bin; cut down boxes
  • Pick product from the bin or pallet, place correct picking label on the item and place on conveyor or deliver to packing area
  • Shipping functions
  • Scan item into the warehouse management system to confirm correct pick and to obtain shipping label, place/pack item in the correct size box with the designated materials and seal package for shipment
  • Perform inventory control functions including adjustment of items into and out of inventory, problem resolution, cycle counting, correction of errors, etc.
  • Process priority shipments, coordinate dock activities and work with carriers to assure they have proper documentation
  • Perform inventory cycle counts. Use RF equipment to scan items in bin for accountability and to maintain inventory accuracy
