Warehouse Operations Manager

Notre is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operations Manager. This person shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce and retail fulfillment. The role involves managing and overseeing receiving, inventory and outbound fulfillment teams with a dedicated commitment to meeting established KPIs. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to drive strategic process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Tracking inbound receipts and ensure shipments are received based on priority and timing of product launches
• Manages and coordinates weekly/monthly inventory counts and reconciliation
• Ensure orders are fulfilled FIFO and meet established goal of shipments per day
• Identifies operational deficiencies and develops/implements procedural changes accordingly
• Monitor team performance against execution and quality metrics
• Provide input into hiring, firing and performance reviews
• Work cross-functionally with different departments to ensure success within Notre
• Forecast future warehouse needs – capacity, seasonal staff

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Warehouse Management experience
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven track record of operational success and advancing to roles with increased responsibility and impact
• Proficient warehouse software experience (ERP or other), such as: Shopify, Lightspeed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
