Job Description

Operations.

Operations is the heartbeat of our rapid growth. All of our programs (camps and afterschool programs) run off-site. NORY HQ, located in midtown, preps all materials and trains staff so we can set up seasonal campsites/labs at our many school partners.

Your job is to 1. Continue to optimize HQ operations, so we can replicate the process in new cities, and 2. Lead and develop an operations team to nurture more leaders. Please find specific job responsibilities below, but first, a checklist for you:

Responsibilities:

  • Improve our material supply process by analyzing the established process and applying scalable and systematic approach
  • Ensure flawless logistics from material prep to campsite set-up
  • Liaises between the curriculum team and all Ops related functions (school partnerships, HR, etc.)
  • Train and manage educators and Ops team
  • Effectively communicates key updates, challenges, and roadblocks to avoid operational setbacks
