KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Management

A company's inventory is one of its most valuable assets. A shortage of inventory when and where it's needed can be extremely detrimental. At the same time, inventory can be thought of as a liability (if not in an accounting sense). A large inventory carries the risk of spoilage, theft, damage, or shifts in demand. Inventory must be insured, and if it is not sold in time it may have to be disposed of. For these reasons, inventory management is important for businesses of any size. Knowing when to restock inventory and keeping track of stock manually. Determine the reorder points and quantities using our inventory management system.

Logistics Management

Logistics management is about coordinating the delivery of orders and managing delivery drivers. This involves daily planning of delivery routes using software, hiring delivery drivers, and managing drivers. Orders are delivered during a specified timeframe so communicating and scheduling the correct amount of drivers needed for the orders for the day while maintaining goals for pay per stop. Maintaining a driver pay spreadsheet is also needed.

Order Fulfillment and Admin Duties

Responsible for fulfilling orders each day from our E-commerce website. Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and be on your feet throughout the workday. Attention to detail is important to make sure all orders are fulfilled accurately. Be able to schedule and manage a staff of 1 or more employees.

Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

50 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
