Your contributions to the Bright Team:

  • Support the Operations Manager with various functions in operations to meet company standards.
  • Support in determining inventory handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; support to develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping.
  • Support in identifying talent needs and provide continuous training opportunities.
  • Address, mediate and resolve concerns to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate job expectations to the team members of the operations team and check for understanding.
  • Lead by example by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Support in identifying process improvement opportunities and engage in solution driven strategies.
  • Manage and maintain inventory and supplies within budget.
  • Provide and maintain equipment in good and safe working conditions to provide team members a safe working environment.
  • Manage safety/OSHA/PPE compliance.
  • Report and write up any W/C Incidents
  • Manage property damage, reporting, and follow up
  • Manage Excellence/Crewing Model reporting.
  • Manage the CapEx house from sew and maintenance shop for report card tracking.
  • Manage all aspects of building maintenance and showrooms
  • Manage after hours answering service and follow up with calls/messages.
  • Manage building access, key cards, etc.
  • Manage company cellphones for Warehouse Ops team members.
  • Provide and maintain equipment in good and safe working conditions to provide team members a safe working environment.
  • Ensure Team Members take their rest and meal periods on time
  • Hold Team Members responsible, coach, or write-up any policy violations or behavior concerns
  • Ensure all Team Members timecards are accurate and not missing any punches

Physical Demands and Requirements:

  • Maintain a valid driver?s license with a driving record that meets company/insurance standards
  • Bilingual (Spa/Eng) skills to communicate with our clients and team members
  • Bachelor?s or Associate Degree highly Preferred
  • At least 5 years of related supervisory experience required in a related Industry
  • Ability to sit and stand for extensive hours at a time
  • Successfully complete and meet company policies for background screening
  • Successfully complete and meet company policies for drug test screening
  • Open availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and over time as needed.
  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or crawl.
  • Must adapt to different weather conditions and noise level that may be from moderate to heavy.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus. Be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
