There are currently 6 stores in Northern California and 4 stores in Southern California. We have 2 warehouses located in Hayward and North Hollywood.

Job Description:

The Warehouse Manager will work in a team environment to ensure the proper and complete delivery of outdoor furniture purchased through Patioworld retail stores, manage inventory and special orders, and meet and exceed customer expectations on a per order basis.

Skills, Requirements, and Responsibilities:

• High school diploma or GED
• General knowledge of P.O.S. software
• General knowledge of Bay Area layout for scheduling deliveries
• Prior customer service experience
• Operations experience preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to work with staff members, vendors, and corporate office employees
• Ability to work a flexible daily schedule based on customer and company needs
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Maintaining accurate accountability of inventory stock
• Timely input of incoming stock and special orders

Reporting:

The Warehouse Manager directly reports to the Distribution Manager and Managing Director.
