Warehouse Associate

Synergy Companies is looking for a new Warehouse Associate to join our San Diego Team. Our new team member will help keep our warehouse stocked, organized, and clean. We have opportunities outside of the warehouse that allow for this position to be part-time or full-time.

Warehouse Duties include:

• Receiving and stocking incoming product
• Handing out product to Technicians in the mornings
• Daily Cycle counting to keep inventory accurate
• Recording incoming/outgoing product in inventory system
• Quarterly hand counts
• Driving company vehicles to and from repair shop

Outside Warehouse Duties include:

• Technician Support:
  • Bringing supplies to job sites
  • Helping with installs
  • Helping clean up job sites
• Inspection Support:
  
  • Getting inspection pictures
  • Getting completion signatures from customers
  • Delivering replacement product
• Helping pick up additional product from Suppliers
• Helping with runs to dump to dispose of excess product

Who we are looking for:

• Organized
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Docs)
• Motivated and a Self-Starter
• Ability to stand 4-5 hours at a time
• Able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds

Compensation:

Hourly rate between $17 and $20 depending on experience

• Part-Time Shift M-F 7:30am - 12:30pm
• Full-Time Shift M-F 7:30am - 4pm
