Warehouse Associate (Coloma, MI, 2nd)

This is direct hire/full time position w/a 60 day probationary period

General job description (not all encompassing)

Daily tasks depend on the department/area assigned and may include:

Inspecting and repacking of product according to customer specifications

Reading and following the wheel ID template information

Cutting banding straps and foam; removing, organizing, and sorting wood and cardboard packaging

Lifting and restacking product on dunnage, adding foam or cheesecloth if required

Cleaning, sorting, and kitting dunnage

Sorting recycling materials such as foam, cheesecloth and wood

Regrinding banding materials; using the compactor; grinding plastic rings

Follow all handbook and safety guidelines

Abilities required

Continuous lifting of 25-50 pounds

Willingness to work overtime on short notice

Education, knowledge or skill requirements

Warehouse operations experience beneficial but not required
