Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist and/or prepare orders by processing request such as pulling, packaging, labeling and shipping.

Complete shipments by processing and loading orders.

Complete deliveries and pickups according to schedule.

Receive, process and organize warehouse stock products.

Keep a clean and safe working environment.

Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and other coworkers.

Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing results as needed.

Follow company standards and comply with the different procedures.

Requirements:

Organizational and time managing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Ability to lift heavy objects.

Experience using a forklift with certification strongly preferred but not required to apply for the position.

This is a full time position with pay starting at $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, based in experience. Family oriented small business. Benefits include: paid time off, health insurance with dental and vision options available. Employer pays 60% of health insurance coverage (employee is responsible for the remaining 40%) Monday to Friday schedule, weekends off.
