Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Administrative Manager position is responsible for the onsite support of operations administration. The Warehouse Administrative Manager works closely with on site management team and the Director of Operations Administration to ensure compliance in system administration that will include labor management, reporting, inventory, traffic control, and material planning.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Manages shipping, receiving, and inventory controls of materials.
  • Oversight of all inbound, outbound, and internal logistics.
  • Maintains and reports customer materials inventories.
  • Partners with on site management team to ensure highest level of customer service.
  • Ensures timely and accurate reporting of operations and administrative data.
  • Assists in the administration of on-site HR principals, processes and practices. The areas may include; recruiting, staffing, orientation, timekeeping, attendance, reporting, performance management, and scheduling.

Education: Associates Degree (two year college or technical school) Experience: 3 plus years of experience in Business, Operations, HR Administration

Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
