ABOUT THE ROLE

The Vice President of B2B Strategy & Business Development will help define, plan and execute REPAY's B2B business offerings with a focus on providing strategic product direction, developing strategic partnerships and executing revenue-generating programs. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Leadership across the organization. This is a brand-new role and great opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced, Agile team with high visibility and responsibility within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development: Identify business relationships, internal and external, complimentary to REPAY's B2B strategy and develop beneficial relationships. These could include additional distribution channels, technology partners and service partners that could bring additional operational efficiencies and/or growth to REPAY.
  • Product Management & Marketing: Provide oversight and input into current product direction, roadmap, and marketing. Work collaboratively with Product teams to identify opportunities to grow by vertical and market segmentation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • 10+ years of relevant Strategy and Business Development experience within the payments industry for business-to-business solutions or services.
  • Proven record of successful business development, product and sales innovation in high-growth financial services technology organizations.
  • Responsible for creating and managing strategic partnerships across an entire B2B organization from sourcing to scaling such partnerships with meaningful customer and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for process and cost improvements, i.e. Evaluate provider agreements and relationships and look for opportunities to streamline and enhance relationships.
  • Build channel strategy and execute by key industry vertical.
  • Background working with start-up, high-growth organizations in technology and/or financial services.
  • Comfortable working with and managing remote teams spread across multiple U.S. time zones.
