Virtual Student Financial Aid Advisor

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Virtual Education Finance Advisor to support our corporate financial aid department. In a highly regulated environment, this position is responsible for performing at a high customer service level in a fast-paced environment while adhering to Title IV and other governing agency regulations

Job duties include:

• Meeting remotely via Skype/Phone with prospective and re-entering students to discuss financial aid options
• Packaging new students
• Collect documentation and evaluate student eligibility for aid
• Team up with other departments to resolve various issues regarding individual student aid

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial aid processing required
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of customer service

Availability: (PST)

9:00AM - 6:00PM 2x a week

10:00AM - 7:00PM 2x a week

8:30AM - 5:00PM Fridays
