POSITION SUMMARY

T he V ice President Specialty Solutions will be tasked with developing and delivering an overarching strategy for Agiliti’s Specialty Solutions, including Special Equipment Services, Clinical Engineering, Surgical Equipment Repair and Surgical Services. The VP Specialty Solutions Sales will report to the SVP Sales and lead a regional sales team to generate net new business while aligning with Division VPs, Territory Executives, and Health System Executives to enable regional sales strategy, meet targets and achieve overall performance metrics.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILI T IES

  • Develop s and deliver an ambitious strategy for development, positioning and growth of Agiliti’s Specialty Solutions .

  • Day-to-day leadership of Specialty Leaders to provide them with management guidance, strategies for regional Sales growth, and strong operational alignment. Actively coach and assist team members to ensure a common vision and team understanding strategy and business practices.

  • Partner s with Marketing Service Solutions counterparts to drive consistent solution market expansion, strategy & growth.

  • Builds and leverages strong direct relationships with key customers, during sales process and ensures effective transition to operational teams to enable success. Attracts, recruits, and retains proven industry top Sales talent to the region.

  • Ensures timeliness of region-wide performance appraisals and overall commitment to talent management processes.

  • Implements the appropriate professional development tools and training to maximize effectiveness and to ensure the achievement of employee goals and performance benchmarks.

  • Travels frequently throughout assigned region as needed to deliver against sales targets

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

  • 4-year college degree

  • 5-7 years leading Sales Managers or Sale Directors in Acute healthcare sector

  • Motivational leadership style that drives approach to people development/coaching, objective setting and evaluation, and engagement.

  • Excellent builder of sales teams, and steward of positive corporate culture.

  • Fair, balanced, and mature leader demonstrating competence in key areas of management and leadership expertise including relationship and conflict management, communication, staff direction motivation, financial planning and control, quality management, risk management, and the achievement of targets.

  • Proven ability to drive accountability and deliver consistent results.

  • Highly effective internal and external communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to effectively communicate with executive management.

  • Excellent presentation skills and an ability to engage audiences.

  • Ability to think strategically and influence decisions with key business leaders.

  • Demonstrates superior judgment and excels at utilizing information to build business case and enact positive change.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with others to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.

  • Actively seeks innovative ways to improve processes, products, and client experience.

  • Proven Ability to successfully negotiate and close a deal at the strategic IDN and/or local acute hospital level.

  • Demonstrated success in the Healthcare industry, around services solutions, medical equipment technologies, Health IT, or operational services
