PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Vice President Brand Brand Marketing is responsible for the development and oversight of corporate brand strategy and marketing activation for corporate brands. This position drives all marketing efforts and campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives, brand standards, and the strategic plan for corporate brands. This individual provides an enterprise view of prioritized marketing strategies for corporate brands.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define, implement, and lead the corporate brand strategy initiatives while maintaining brand standards of each corporate brand and their respective internal departments.
  • Develop brand strategy and marketing plans for corporate brand projects. • Lead, mentor, and coach corporate brand marketing team.
  • Set prioritization of corporate brand strategy and marketing plans.
  • Approve all final marketing-related plans and activities for corporate.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Six (6) years of experience in the direction and management of employees.

PREFERRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality leadership or another related field.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in advertising, marketing, social media, or digital agency or hospitality and/or gaming industry.
  • Previous high-level marketing and/or operating experience in a resort casino environment with overall responsibility of profit and loss.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a large-scale gaming environment.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
