Veterinary Technician

We are looking to hire a full time certified or experienced veterinary technician at our small privately owned emergency hospital. We are opened nights and weekends and we strive to provide the best quality medicine and compassionate care for our patients and their owners.

Some of the duties include triage of patients and the ability to recognize medical emergencies, complete all treatments as instructed, obtain blood samples, place IV catheters, prepare and administer medications, run in house lab work, obtain radiographs, administer and monitor anesthesia, provide compassionate nursing care and the ability to communicate with clients.

Full time employees receive health insurance, paid time off, 401k with company matching and CE compensation. Three overnight shifts a week is considered full time and the schedule is flexible. We will be willing to train the right candidate.
