Veterinary Receptionist (PT Nights) Advanced Veterinary Care Of Utah

Advanced Veterinary Care an ER and specialty referral practice is seeking a part time (30 hours a week) receptionist for our night shifts. Earn $11-$16 (depending on veterinary experience) with great benefits. Must be a strong team player that is friendly, helpful, courteous, energetic and able to work at least one weekend shift each week -primarily Saturdays. Email resume. Qualified applicants only, please. Open availability preferred but mostly looking for an end of the week person (either Wed or Thurs with Fri and Sat nights mostly)
Mandatory Reception Skills

• Must be able to handle a sometimes-high stress work environment
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Making appointments for specialists & knowing the difference between the specialties
• Exceptional customer service and competency
• Emailing/scanning/faxing
• Invoicing handling cash/credit/check transactions
• Cleaning and maintaining rooms and lobby
• Triaging over the phone as well as incoming patients
• Maintain professionalism in emergent situations

Openings:
1 Part time night receptionist (shift is 4pm-2am -schedule can vary but looking for an end of the week person (either W or TH with F and Sat nights mostly)
