3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role in the veterinary field required, including broad clinical knowledge and an understanding of veterinary diagnostic testing.

Excellent computer & internet skills and ability to resolve complex software issues.

Organized, timely follow-up on customer requests, you work well with all ZRL Specialists (our team) to meet our commitments.

Description of Duties and Responsibilities

ZRL Customer Service Reps are the primary support people for our customers (veterinarians and veterinary staff). In this role, your responsibilities include:

Provides primary telephone and online support for all ZRL customers.

Helps new customers get started with ZRL, including creating user profiles in ZRL software systems.

Helps existing customers with service, clinical, technical and billing questions.

Works closely with laboratory staff to resolve technical & clinical issues, including additions, changes and updates to lab requests.

Creates starter or supply refill kits, packages and mails via UPS.

Takes on additional projects and responsibilities based on interests and opportunities within ZRL (in other words, you like a challenge!)

Other Knowledge & Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Robust organizational and time management skills.

Flexible schedule and ability to respond to the demands of a national 7-day-a-week startup required. Required availability includes nights up to 9PM EST and weekends.

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
