Job Description

Healing Care Animal Hospital is looking for a veterinary receptionist to join our fun-loving, passionate team of animal health professionals. While experience is preferred, it is not required. Training provided for a perfect fit.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Welcome clients with their pets to the clinic in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and taking messages
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Checking emails and replying in a professional manner
  • Maintained patient records
  • Invoicing clients and processing payments
  • Presenting clients with estimates and treatment plans
  • Check-in clients, including weighing animals and putting them in the proper room.
  • Prepare prescriptions and explain instructions to clients
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
  • Clean and maintain the hospital
