Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, fast-paced receptionist to greet our clients and provide excellent customer service. Must be able to work Saturdays and afternoons. Must be able to multi task and work with all kinds of animals.

Our receptionists must be able to handle calls on multiple lines, have good computer skills, be able to lift 25 lbs. Self motivation is another great quality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Veterinary Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
