Job Description

Responsible for organizing and maintaining keys to/for all Valet parked cars. Maintains written records of cars parked, retrieved, and shift events. Receives all calls to the Valet Booth. Must be able to multi task daily. Performs all duties in accordance with Caesars Entertainment policies and within the realm of the company Mission Statement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining keys to all Valet parked cars.
  • Maintains written records of cars parked, retrieved, and shift events.
  • Receives all calls to the Valet Booth.
  • Handles guest complaints and assists Valet Supervisor when necessary.
  • Handles all guest inquiries to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
  • Must work efficiently, maintain organizational skills and complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One-year direct customer service experience preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to communicate in English.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette skills required.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and speak in a pleasant, quiet, and understandable tone of voice.
  • Must be able to write legibly.
  • Must be willing and able to learn attributes of all types of automobiles.
  • Must have knowledge of area and property attractions and events.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Must have the proven ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service. Must be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS :

  • Must be able to stand for at least four hours at a time. Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to work and quickly maneuver inside and outside, sometimes in temperatures in excess of 115 degrees and as cold as 10 degrees.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must be able to concentrate for long periods and be able to remember specific details.
  • Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations, as well as when handling guest conflicts. Must be able to operate photocopy machine.
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift objects that weigh up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to speak, write and understand English.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
