Job Description
Independent Subcontractor Unarmed Security.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
The subcontractor must have their own personal vehicle and valid insurance to complete the assignments.
Pay:
Weekly pay
An increase in the pay rate after completing 120 paid assignments with evaluation and staying in compliance with the contract and emails etc. The pay rate will increase to $25.00 per hour. This is at O&P's discretion.
Hours:
20-25 weekly

Responsibilities:
- An Independent Subcontractor Unarmed Security vendor's responsibilities are and are not limited to patrolling and monitoring a given location such as a job site, property, etc.
- They are to report via email all damages, s.p. activity, any property rights that are not functioning properly, illegal dumpings of trash, furniture, etc, inspect the sprinkler/electric rooms, take photos and attach to emails, report potholes, detour negative issues, etc, prevent damages to the property with more details provided in training.
