Our interview process focuses on your skill sets, interest as well as geographic location to match you to the best available facility. Responsibilities: Integrated care team model: Short term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities are getting more attention than ever before due to the successful integrated care team approach. Join CHE to perfect your skills in the emerging field of integrated behavioral health care. The interdisciplinary health care team includes the facility’s physicians, physical therapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), nursing plus CHE's psychologists and licensed clinical social workers (LCSW). CHE values these relationships and believes this coordinated, collaborative approach provides the highest level of care to the residents who need it the most.
Customize the care for each patient: Our clinicians have the unique ability to customize the care for each and every individual resident. You will have the autonomy to determine how often you see a patient as well as the appropriate length of time spent with each patient. Individual psychotherapy is the most common clinical sessions performed, but our clinicians also perform family therapy, group therapy, neuropsychological testing as needed and/or appropriate. While covering 100,000+ beds, our clinicians have the ability to address a wide range of psychological and neurological conditions. Provide clinical services such as diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, psychological testing/assessment, psychological evaluations, crisis management services.
