Shining Students Tutoring is committed to matching exceptional, qualified tutors with students looking to improve their comprehension and grades. Tutors assess and remediate foundational skills and assist with current material. Tutors with multidisciplinary experience are preferred. Lessons will be cotaught at first with the expectation that tutors will be able to run sessions independently to meet student goals.

Current Availability:

• Math - Algebra 1, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus (AP Calc and Stats preferred but not required)
• Science - AP Environmental Science

Requirements:

• Ability to write in Zoom using annotate feature required
• OneNote familiarity is preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of education experience required.
• 2-3 References

The number of hours will vary, but the expected volume would be 1-4 students per tutor. Tutors must be able to work with clients through the end of the semester.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
