The Treasury Payments Coordinator is responsible for completing daily check runs, attaching Explanation of Benefits, creating and distributing the preliminary check registers and check registers.Responsibilities:
  • Check Print Station
    • Responsible for selecting accounts based upon the print sheets.
    • Printing and sorting the check as they are printed.
    • Responsible for special handling, second signature, comp checks and sorting between singles and doubles.
    • Responsible for handling each account based upon client specifications.
    • Preparing envelopes for different addresses for mailing.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Attachment Station
    • Responsible for preparing vouchers, duties include: selecting, printing, reports and EOR’s based upon client specifications.
    • Responsible for printing and attaching the correct EOR to the corresponding check.
    • Responsible for accurately batching checks for mailing.
    • Prepare the D40 supporting documentation
    • Researching various sources to locate missing EOR’s.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Reporting Station
    • Responsible for the selection of checks for preliminary account creation and distribution of reports per client specifications and post funds when needed.
    • Responsible for the creation and distribution of check registers per client specifications.
    • Responsible for preparing overnight packages and maintaining necessary documentation.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of business experience preferred.
Computer Skills
Proficient using Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
