Job Description

The Treasury Analyst (Operations) will be a key player in supporting a dynamic cash management operations. Responsibilities will include the execution of daily cash management, short term cash forecasting, managing revolver balance and cash flow reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily cash management activities including account reconciliation, cash positioning of concentration accounts using Treasury Workstation and execution of wires/ACH
  • Maintain short term cash forecast and credit facility revolver borrowing/repayment activities
  • Manage bank accounts including account open/close process and support operating units with banking services
  • Reconcile, track and process monthly bank fees
  • Coordinate the software maintenance of the Treasury Workstation
  • Update various daily cash and debt related reports
  • Complete Monthly and Quarterly Reports to Management and Accounting
  • Respond to Internal/External Audit and adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley control and procedures
  • Enhance Treasury controls and reports as required
  • Cross-train with the Treasury department’s Analyst (General) to learn new skills and provide back-up reporting and analytical services when needed
  • Provide support and responses to internal/external stakeholders related to Cash/Payment inquiries
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and assist in special projects

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of corporate Treasury experience, cash management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated reliability and dependability for daily process and procedures
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
  • Experience using Treasury Workstation software
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment with minimal supervision and also in a team and partnership setting
  • Travel: Rarely: less than 10%
  • Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
  • Physical Demands Set: Sedentary work: Involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, standing, etc.
