About the RoleIn this fast-paced role you’ll be responsible for performing sales and marketing activities that support the sales team’s efforts to grow the Treasury line of business. Creating, analyzing, and delivering proposals, Request for Proposals (RFP’s) and sales presentations is at the heart of your role. You’ll work closely with Treasury Management Officers and Commercial Relationship Managers. How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You’ll develop proposals utilizing any and all available technology including pricing proformas, customer/product profitability analysis, comprehensive product functionality descriptions appropriate to the customer/prospects needs, and proximity studies of branch locations relative to the customer/prospect locations.
  • You’ll analyze customer/prospect RFPs and develop and coordinate customized proposals.
  • You’ll serve as the designated back up to the Treasury Management Officers in their absence and assists customers as appropriate.

TREASURY SERVICES OPERATIONS: You understand cash management products and banking, as well as accounting, finance and cash management.

TECH SAVVY: You'll need excellent PC skills to use and create spreadsheets and documents and to use BOKF programs and Salesforce.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDER: You’ll leverage excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity to relate to any audience and build trust.

COMMUNICATION: You’ll need exceptional verbal and written communication to express yourself clearly and concisely to internal and external clients.

PROBLEM SOLVER: You must be a solutions-oriented self-starter to manage a broad range of challenges.



Education & Experience Requirements

The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s degree or related degree with 2-3 years of work related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.

  • Thorough knowledge of cash management technical products, i.e., ACH, EDI, Imaging, Lockbox, Treasury Source/Business Source Remote Corporate Capture, Controlled Disbursements
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting, finance, and cash management principles and practices
  • Thorough knowledge of Bank operations
  • Strong organizational skills in order to prioritize and complete various time critical and extensive tasks within assigned deadlines
  • Excellent presentation skills to develop customized presentations to senior management and high priority customers
  • Excellent PC skills using spreadsheet, word processing software, BOKF customized programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills
