Job Description
BallCorps, LLC, owner and operator of the Rocket City Trash Pandas, Double-A affiliate of The Angels, is searching for an experienced, detail-oriented Receptionist. The Receptionist will report to Vice President, Marketing, Promotions & Entertainment.Position Overview:The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and assisting clients, guests, and the public. This person is the first point of contact for guest visiting and calling Toyota Field.Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and guests to the front office and VIP Lobby
  • Answer phones in a business-like manner during the appointed hours of operation
  • Provide callers with information such as upcoming event information, directions, and other related information
  • Disseminate messages to staff members promptly (either via phone, email, voicemail, transfer, or paper)
  • Assist with distribution of incoming mail/shipments and outgoing mail/shipments
  • Assist with inventory of office supplies and office refreshments (Pepsi products, etc.)
  • Assist with scheduling of conference rooms for meetings
  • Assist front office with tasks and projects as assigned

  • Professionalism – conducts themselves at all times in a professional manner, including both internal and external interactions.
Education/Professional Experience
  • Associates Degree
  • At least one year of prior experience in an office setting
  • Good working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and database programs
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Regular and predictable attendance required
