Transportation Coordinator

CarOffer is rapidly growing their Consumer Lane team and seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support the growth. Transportation Coordinators will support clients through initial and ongoing evaluation and management of their pre-owned inventory. The primary focus is to input and help manage the client’s inventory through CarOffer systems and processes, including the accurate entry of vehicle information, options, conditions, and statuses in a multi-step transaction while supporting clients and team members in related functions and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Transportation Coordinators will work with the client from start to finish with a high level of service
• Liaise directly with Inspection, Titling, and Transportation companies to ensure that transaction steps are completed within designated time frames
• Act as Interface between Clients, team members, and 3rd party logistics providers; follow activity and alert others if exceptions occur
• Monitor KPIs, organizing ongoing reviews with both internal and external partners
• Input vehicle information to ensure accurate representation of options, conditions, and support the inventory valuation process

Skills/Requirements:

• Superior multi-tasking skills, detail oriented, strong organizational skills as this position will focus on management, tracking, & reporting of Supply Chain delays
• Must have an understanding of Vehicle Inspection Processes, Vehicle Titling Processes, as well as Dispatching and Vehicle Transportation Processes
• Prefer 2 years of related Automotive Industry and/or logistics experience
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment with a high level of self-motivation.
• Must possess a friendly and positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
