Here is what you will be doing:

  • Submit requests for proposals
  • Create financial analysis comparisons for proposals and counteroffers
  • Prepare property comparison spreadsheets & documents
  • Create Letters of Intent
  • Analyze and create lease documents & redlines
  • Accommodate broker commission agreements & redlines
  • Create lease abstracts
  • Rent calculations
  • Commission calculations
  • Commission invoices
  • Create deal close-out books
  • Facilitate broker agreements with out of state brokers
  • Organize lease files (both hard & soft)
  • Ensure all documents are executed fully and correctly
  • CRM data entry
  • Project timeline creation and follow up
  • Research market options with CoStar
  • Create market reports and tour books
  • Arrange and conduct building and market tours
