We are looking for someone who is passionate about training teams and building learning and support content. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and understands the many ways people absorb information and learn. You must be able to identify opportunities to create new documentation as well as improve existing training materials. You will be required to create web resources, audio and video content and facilitate remote and onsite training for individuals and groups.

Responsibilities
  • Script, record and edit audio and video content
  • Provide and maintain documentation for both customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with development and professional services teams
  • Provide documentation support for ServiceTrade, PartsLedger and ServiceForms
  • Travel onsite to customer locations to facilitate learning and training
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of ServiceTrade, both in function and design philosophy
  • Experience working with various learning styles and learner engagement
  • Ability to organize data and feedback, using them to create training materials and resources
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
  • Ability to multi-task and context switch in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Technologies you will need to have experience with or will need to learn:
    • Google Docs/Microsoft Office
    • Video Editing Software (Final Cut, Premier, Camtasia)
  • Prior content creation experience, technical writing, storyboarding, etc.
  • Aptitude using modern software (cloud-based web apps, smartphones, tablets)
  • Classroom or comparable teaching experience
