We are looking to add Trainee Talent Partners to our growing Miami office, our office is a luxury penthouse located in Mid-Town Miami. We offer a world-class training and development program that starts when you join as a Trainee teaching you the basics and grows as you do through leadership training and personal development.
The starting base salary is $40,000, you earn a commission for each placement you make, in your 1st year you will earn $50,000 to $80,000 total, we provide a full benefits package and many incentives including lunches and dinners at the best restaurants in Miami, domestic and international vacation targets, presidents club in Europe, and many more.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is driven by providing an execeptional customer experience at all times. You should value street smarts over book smarts, be friendly and supportive, have the ability to put the team before yourself. Exceptional communication skills are essential.
