Toll-Free Representative

We are looking to employ a Toll-Free Representative to assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. The responsibilities include answering incoming calls from patients and customers, informing managers of customer complaints and operational issues, and sharing firsthand experiences of cannabis products to address customer concerns. You will be trained to answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption. Knowledge of 3Fifteen product lines, locations, and website is required.

Ultimately, an outstanding Toll-Free Representative should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills by ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.

THIS IS A REMOTE / WORK FROM HOME POSITION.

Interviews will be conducted virtually through google meets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have reliable Wifi connection and computer knowledge
• Must have employment history in sales; Marijuana sales a PLUS.
• Must have an iPhone
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
