Job Description

CACI is seeking a Test Engineer I to support our government program located in Crane, IN.


What You’ll Get to Do:

Provides test and evaluation of hardware and/or software development. This includes developing and documenting test plans and procedures, conducting testing, and evaluating and documenting results. Prepares studies, plans, and analyses in support of the delivery order.

More About the Role:

  • Perform system tests to assess performance, safety, operability, reliability and maintainability
  • This effort shall require work with digital and analog radar subsystems and subassemblies, Electronic Countermeasures (ECMs), Electronic Counter-Countermeasures (ECCMs), and monopulse, active phased-array, mechanically and electronically steered antennas for system engineering efforts
  • Directly supports systems engineers and analysts designing system tests
  • Develop T&E and V&V events, including operational demonstrations, for new and emerging radar and EW technologies, systems, subsystems, and interface equipment
  • Analyze the technical data required for the development of Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) and verify that the supplied data is sufficient using TRD checklists
  • Design and engineer Test Program Sets (TPSs) and consolidated automated support systems
  • Support development of test plans, test procedures, test beds, test sets, process data and prepare reports as part of T&E events


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma and 0-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance.


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, computer science or related engineering fields
