We are in search for a Temporary Customer Service Client Specialist - a six month contract. This role is responsible for client project deliveries, any inquiries regarding projects or escalated employees’ issues.

Requirements

Experience and Skills

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Benefits knowledge (good to have)
• Attention to details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Time management skills
• Able to prioritize needs and workload
• MS office suite –Excel proficiency (a must)

Education:

• Minimum of High School or GED required
• Additional formal education in business preferred
