As a technology manager, you will work in an agile environment with a progressive technology stack, including AWS. You will stand at the intersection of technology and business and work with product stakeholders across the organization as you resource projects among the QA, user experience and development groups. Your responsibilities will include defining project plans, making sure your team members have the resources they need, managing a payroll budget, determining hiring needs, and measuring performance and outcomes. But most importantly, you’ll communicate a compelling mission and vision to motivate employees to excel. Millions of users will experience your team’s successes. Pairing autonomy with collaboration, you will empower team members, remove obstacles so that each employee can focus on doing what they do best and celebrate their achievements.

What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business or related field
  • A minimum of two years’ experience managing projects, people or processes, preferably within software development
  • Direct experience working in an environment where technology and business intersect
  • Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
