What does the role involve?

As a Technical Support Engineer (TSE), you will provide technical sales support primarily through telephone and email communication and create engineering product submittals for field personnel to facilitate the sale of key products.

You will collect customer data and provide leads to field engineers to maximize coverage in the field.

You will also be tasked with meeting assigned deadlines for projects and maintaining up to date knowledge of building codes and design parameters relative to the application of Hilti products.

What you need is:
  • Bachelor's degree required, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • Graduate in Fall 2020 or Spring 2021
  • Able to read and understand construction documents including plans, details, and specifications
  • Effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Desire for career development and willingness to relocate
