SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, creative, and motivated Technical Recruiter to identify and recruit technical talent aligned with our business needs and resulting in hires. Experience recruiting in the federal sector is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to significantly contribute to a growing organization!
Responsibilities: The Technical Recruiter will perform full life cycle recruiting and will work with an integrated team including Operations, Business Development, and Human Resources. This recruiter will source candidates for all open positions and proposal opportunities, as well as pipeline candidates for future positions. The Technical Recruiter must possess the ability to screen candidates and assess skills as they pertain to minimum job requisition requirements.Qualifications:- 1-3 years recruiting/sourcing experience for IT candidates
- Ability to utilize, grow, and maintain a strong candidate network leveraging multiple channels including direct engagement, social media, and candidate databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Articulate and professional phone skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance preferred
- Interest in Human Resources
- Prior experience within the Federal sector preferred
