Technical Project Manager

Qualifications

• Agile (Scrum) Ceremonies (Grooming/Planning/Standup/Demo/Retro)
• Agile Certification e.g. CSM, PSM etc
• Agile Management Tools e.g
• Computer Science Graduate (Bachelor/Master)
• Experience in programming in earlier carrier e.g. web/mobile development
• Handled different Scenarios e.g. environment/scope change challenge etc
• Experience in Managing web/mobile (Android/iOS development)
• Program Management experience
• Escalates with good judgment
• Level of influence into product, project, and/or program strategy, design approaches, architecture, team and organization
• 3-5 years experience; 3+ experience in software development
• Experience delivering with an agile methodology
• Bachelors/Masters or equivalent relevant work experience\
• Minimum 10 yrs
• Experience in IT with software development background
• Good knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Architectural aspects of technology projects
• Knowledge of DevOps
• Clear understanding of the Agile software development process and lifecycle with 2 to 3 years of experience in running Agile projects
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization
• Strong communication, relationship building, and organization skills
• Knowledge of cloud computing
• Must be a detail and deadline oriented individual
• Must have experience working in highly technical, mission-critical environment
• Must be able to plan, execute, and complete projects in a timely manner
• Must have an analytical mind and excellent problem solving skills that can apply your knowledge to solve issues in innovative ways
• Highly motivated with the ability to drive initiatives cross functionally
• Must have experience interfacing with end customers and/or partners
• Must be a team player
• Solid knowledge of Scrum and Kanban

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,967.00 - $140,024.00 per year
