A member of the Fujifilm Medical Informatics (MI) team responsible for various aspects of technical product management for the Fujifilm MI Product portfolio. The MI Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for evaluating Software licensing, 3rd party Imaging Services and Solutions, and Core Architecture (e.g., server, storage, and virtualization) technologies solutions requirements for the Fujifilm Medical Product portfolio, for assessing emerging development of technology trends, and for coordinating stakeholders to execute the product plans and meet the plan’s objectives. The TPM reports to the Director, MI Business Operations.External US:Duties and responsibilitiesKey Areas of Responsibility include, but are not limited to:
  • Detailed facilitation and technology delivery of specific business outcomes.
  • Manage day-to-day product requirements, programs, and offerings while working with cross-functional business stakeholders including, but not limited to Sales, Service and Support, Finance, IT, Implementation, Legal, Marketing and Communications.
  • Deep understanding of customers, technology, and competition to synthesize each into the executable roadmaps driving business outcomes through technology enablement and innovation.
  • Analyze metrics that inform the success of products and services, including but not limited to revenue recognition, margin analysis, cost management.
  • Integrate user research, customer research analytics and insights into requirements (e.g. Market Requirements Definition (MRD); Product Requirements Definition (PRD)).
  • Drive the overall vision and success across teams while working closely with technology, and business stakeholders to deliver the required value proposition to customers.
  • Coordinate and drive team to ensure an efficient & productive updates and provide input into product enhancement requirements and prioritization.
  • Prepare solid product definition and ensure all required tools and outputs (e.g., deliverables, work plans, user stories, use cases, roadmaps) are developed.
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships.
General tasks include:
  • Research and propose new solutions that would improve Fujifilm product position in the market.
  • Lead technical and business evaluations and review of technologies solutions and providing expertise in solutions selection.
  • Regularly partner with Fujifilm Marketing and Communications, Sales, Implementation, Service and Support, IT, Finance, and Legal, QA/RA to deliver solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical product offerings within the appropriate Business Systems (e.g. EtQ, SAP, CPQ, Salesforce).
  • Manage the technical product offering to the affected BU(s) and to the Product Marketing team(s).
  • Implement, monitor, analyze solutions release deployment, life cycle, and discontinuation at product end-of life.
  • As needed, develop and produce presentation and marketing materials.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required due to dynamic nature of discussions with different Business Units (BUs) across the organization.
  • Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prefer 2+ years of relevant product management experience in technical/systems solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong deductive reasoning and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Team player and leader with excellent relationship building, mediation, and conflict resolution.
  • High comfort level interacting with colleagues and with various levels of Customer and Vendor organizations.
  • Strong sense of customer service to consistently and effectively addresses Customer needs.
  • Ability to effectively and actively communicate with both business and technical Stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of Medical Informatics hardware and software environments and proficiency in Microsoft Applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio) and Business Systems (e.g. EtQ, SAP, CPQ, Salesforce).
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple process and product based projects in a fast-paced & dynamic environment under tight timelines, while adaptive to change.
  • Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information and adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols and procedures.
  • People management experience is a plus.
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Experienced integrating products with 3rd party vendors, is a plus.
  • Successful management of IT projects is a plus.

TRAVEL:
