ResponsibilitiesSupport the Departments Account Management Team, falling under Cybersecurity and Internal Controls. This role requires a deep understanding of account management. Specifically experience and skills managing access management at an Enterprise and Service level. Additionally, this role involves coordination across all Components of DOJ, a requirement for architecture and design subject matter expertise as it pertains to account management as well process improvement and automation experience. This position is suitable for those that thrive in coordinating efforts across teams, identifying gaps in various processes and procedures and identifying areas for improvement. Demanding timelines may require the ability to quickly verify or produce a product as soon as they are issued. The ability to anticipate and engage various stakeholders will help you be successful. Specific tasks include:
  • Plan and lead technical professionals and cross-function/matrix teams supporting account management for DOJ
  • Manage and track towards completion, the quality of the team’s work
  • Identify process improvement areas for existing processes
  • Identify areas for automation to alleviate very manual processes
  • Create/update various Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Delegate tasks and provide guidance and direction to others
  • Collaborate with teammates in accomplishing tasks
  • Communicate with senior leadership, technical staff and customers daily, ensuring the technical issues are presented in a clear, concise manner that non-technical individuals can understand
  • Recognize and addresses additional opportunities to serve the client, through an understanding of Guidehouse services
Qualifications:
Required Experience/Skills
  • At least 4 years Technical PM/Business Analyst experience or Business Process Improvement
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Public trust, and ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
  • Familiar with identity and access management solutions and processes
  • Experience managing or supporting technical projects, escalating risks, and managing schedules
  • Effectively interact with multiple levels of personnel (both internally and externally)
  • Ability to apply a variety of problem-solving techniques to resolve issues
  • Demonstrates clear writing, confident presentation and effective facilitation skills
  • Ability to tailor communication to effectively reach audience
  • Continuously seek out and shares best practices

Desired Experience/Skills
  • Experience with Active Directory, leveraged for account creation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as team building skills
  • Experience/Familiarity with the following operating systems, Mainframe, Windows, Linux, AIX and Unix and account provisioning processes
  • Technical or Agile certifications (MCSE, CCNA, Security+, CSM, AWS)
  • An understanding of REST APIs, SAML, SSH and DRA (tool used by DOJ to create account templates)
  • Working knowledge of IBM Identify Security Manager
  • Ability to seek and implement ideas for improving processes, client service or leveraging technology
