Location*: Anywhere in the United States

As a Sr. Business Analyst you will be responsible for developing complex business solutions by eliciting and analyzing a client’s business processes and requirements as well as managing and communicating business analysis output. You are a key member of the projekt202 team and partner with the interaction designers, experience strategy researchers, and technical developers to holistically approach solution definition.

Primary Responsibilities

• Works closely with business users, source-system SME’s, modelers, developers, and testers to develop, test, and trouble-shoot technical source-to-target mappings
• Responsible for project deliverables related to Data Sourcing, Functional and Detail design documents, test support, and others as needed.
• Data profiling using SQL and other industry-standard profiling tools (Informatica DQ preferred)
• Technical data mappings – field mappings, business rules, transformation logic, where-criteria and conditions
• Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts

Qualifications

• Compliance knowledge (Anti Money Laundering, Sanctions screening etc) preferred for some roles
• Operational knowledge of HR SOR’s
• SQL (select statements and a general understanding of how code is implemented) and high level understanding of IT Project Implementation approach
• Strong understanding of general Data Warehouse approaches and frameworks, including normalized (3NF) and dimensional data models. Experience with Banking Data Models preferred
• Experience with HPQC, other quality/testing frameworks and applications
• Experience with Project tracking software like MS Project or JIRA
• General experience/familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• General HR Domain knowledge preferred
• Understanding of HR Business Processes is helpful
