This position will be onsite at our office at 6605 Grand Montecito Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89149. New employees in this role will earn a $500/paycheck stipend through the end of 2021 to help with any expenses needed to return to the office. Details on this incentive are below.

As a Technical Support & Sales Rep, you will provide exceptional customer and technical support on the phone or via messages through our website, chat, and/or e-mail, in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner. After assessing the customers concerns, you will then identify and arrange solutions.

You will explain device capabilities and other product offerings, and engage with the customer to understand their technology and sell protection and tech support solutions.

You will sell our In-Home warranty service and other products to customers on each call. You will engage with the customer to understand their technology and sell protection/tech support solutions. Technical Support & Sales Reps have a passion for selling services & solving problems. You will Serve, Solve and Sell!

Asurion offers an exciting new compensation plan called Pay Per Experience. Under this plan our team members are paid for every interaction they have with a customer versus a traditional hourly pay model. On the Pay Per Experience compensation model, our team members average approximately 15% more than their hourly pay peers with the potential for much more. An average Expert in this program earns over $21 an hour and the top 10% earn over $31 an hour! The better the experience you provide, the more you make. We are offering a $3000 sign on bonus to be paid as $1000 after 30, 60, and 180 days. Must start by September 30 to qualify.

During training, compensation will be hourly at $19.00 per hour (+$1/hour for bilingual Spanish); this is also the pay rate for ‘nonproductive’ times like PTO, coaching sessions and follow up training. After training you will be compensated per experience.

Beginning August 23, newly hired Asurion team members who return to the office full-time will receive a stipend of $500 per paycheck to help with any expense needed. That’s right, Asurion is not telling you what to spend it on! That is at least $1000 per month! Whether that’s transportation, an updated wardrobe, child care, or whatever you may need to work in our site – it’s up to you! Our return to site stipend will be in effect through the end of 2021. Our number one priority is your safety. We have taken measures to ensure safety protocols stay in place at all of our physical sites. Protocols that will be in place are socially distanced work spaces, temperature checks, frequent sanitation and required masks when away from desks.
