LOVE making our guests happy. A Boloco Crew Member is expected to be a master of a lot of things. This includes rolling burritos in your sleep! Knowing the Boloco Menu inside and out—everything from smoothies to burritos to bowls to chocolate chip cookies. You have to greet every guest with a smile. You must understand allergies, special diets or other requests, etc. Practicing proper hygiene practices when serving food. Working well and communicating with team members under pressure
