Team Member - Dunkin

Summary:

Dunkin Team Members are responsible for preparing all drink, donut, and hot food orders while providing exceptional customer service to in-person and drive thru guests.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and calling into the restaurant with a smile.
• Receives orders from customers in-person and over the drive thru speaker.
• Must upsell and maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu and food item descriptions, along with new items and promotions.
• Accurately execute all drink, donut, and food item orders according to Company standards and customer preferences.
• Cook all hot items using the correct setting and maintain the company standards on the Turbo Chef oven.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, gift card and DD perks transactions.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift; deliver the correct amount to the next shift.
• Assist in maintaining a clean workplace; keep Front of House (FOH) cleaned and stocked at all times; keep tables, chairs, doors, windows and dining room cleaned and organized; maintain front and exterior trash cans empty as needed; maintain restrooms cleaned and stocked during operating hours.
• Assist in assuring all Back of House (BOH) stations are properly stocked (e.g. sandwich assemble area, donut prep area)
• Practice safe handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines; promote safety in the workplace.
• Receive and handle complaints from the customers and direct to the manager on duty if the problem is beyond the scope of their duties.
• Leave customer with a positive, long-lasting impression of their Local Dunkin Donuts.
