Job Responsibilities:

Front Line Supervisor

$16.25 Starting Pay (Includes Shift Differential)

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures including training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; scheduling breaks, appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Completes Employee Incident reports and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Checks and verifies machine setup. Checks any testing equipment to make sure it is all calibrated.
• Completes daily paperwork (process control sheets, record daily production, quality control reports, and enter daily machine downtime).
• Conducts testing on the first parts from every lot (testing includes thickness, bending strength, roughness, and lap tests) to give to quality to ensure each part is within specification.
• Keeps machines up and running. Fix machines as needed or call maintenance when more complex machinery problems arise.
• Completes preventative maintenance sheets.
• Records everyone’s daily and weekly times within the department.
• Notifies Area Leader of supplies needed.
• Enters all production data and run report to verify all the entries match at the end of the shift.
• Follows all company policies, procedures, and safety rules to prevent injuries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good mechanical and interpersonal skills required.
