What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for portfolio management across capability / account(s) and driving delivery excellence
  • Lead pursuits and/or sales solutioning and proactively identify opportunities for Slalom Emerge
  • Drive all elements of Emerge commerce advisory services
  • Advise clients on commerce strategy and solutions planning
  • Manage holistic and long-term solutions that impact business stakeholders across marketing, sales, service, product, or any other discipline that directly or indirectly influences building engaging and highly personalized experiences for customers
  • Manage people processes (e.g., talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management)
  • Partner with experts to shape offerings and/or go-to-market strategies
  • Future travel will be required

What You’ll Bring

  • An extensive background in having led multiple larger/complex projects, as a part-time lead or SME in the commerce space (Magento, Shopify, Hybris, Demandware)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop/evolve ideas to bring together brand goals, and tailor objectives and consumer needs
  • Understanding of customer preferences across channels and has provided recommendations for clients to deliver dynamic device agnostic experiences
  • Expertise in workshop facilitation, maturity models, agile marketing transformation, strategic planning, and road-mapping
  • Experience driving the discipline of defining and leveraging commerce business cases
  • Exposure to people and portfolio management, with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and helping other further develop their career
