Manage projects & drive efficiencies for all aspects of Talent Management including performance management, promotions, learning and development, engagement survey and diversity.
  • Provide tools, processes and system support to ensure the Talent Management infrastructure and function is effective, efficient and accurate. This role is key in developing and running processes, programs, reporting and innovative ideas. Provide executive insight into all processes, systems, KPIs and analytics utilized mainly by Talent Management.
  • Develop and track annual strategic programs.
  • Build relationships with Innovative vendors to stay updated on latest and greatest tools & technology.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders on all transformation / integrations and business change implementations including process, systems and governance.
  • Regularly updates HR leadership team on planned changes, improvements and or input required.
  • Drive continuous improvement via design and implementation of consistent talent management metrics.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10+ years prior professional work experience in Talent Management.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Program Management function.
  • Ability to present data in a clear, concise and articulate manner; Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
  • Ability to influence change – Program management and project planning experience a requirement.

Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree, SPHR, PMP or related certification
  • Ability working within an ambiguous environment or large brand, structured environment
  • Critical thinking and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Professional communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Leadership experience in professional setting
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
